CLEANING SERVICES EXPLAINED
Initial/Deep Cleaning: For those homes that may need a little more time and attention. Best for first-time customers to get a good baseline clean for ongoing maintenance.
Recurring Cleaning: Ongoing maintenance cleaning for those who have used our service or another professional cleaning service within the past 30 days and want to maintain.
Move In/Move Out*: For those who are moving in or out, showing or selling, or a final post construction clean.
*Property must be empty with running water and working electricity and lights.
DISCOUNTS AND BENEFITS FOR RECURRING CLEANINGS
BEFORE WE ARRIVE: If you are aware that your home is cluttered, please ensure that the home is picked up before our arrival. If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, we will add “Deep or Heavy Duty Cleaning” to the booking. If cleaning behind washers and dryers is desired, please pull the appliance away from the wall to make it completely accessible.
ONCE WE ARRIVE: At our discretion, any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service. This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from initiating the cleaning process at arrival. If we arrive and it is apparent that the home has not been cleaned professionally within the last 30 days or has excessive buildup, we will add the “Deep or Heavy Duty Cleaning” to the booking. If it is apparent that the home is larger than the size provided by the home owner, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
Please Be Advised
We will not be able to offer the following:
* Lifting and moving heavy furniture or appliances (requiring another person’s assistance)
* Reaching heights higher than a 2-step ladder
* Cleaning the fronts of TVs or Computer Screens
* Cleaning bio-hazardous substances (feces, blood, mold, etc)
* Cleaning infested properties (rodents, bugs, etc)
* Moving appliances that are connected to gas or water
* Throw out trash left during Move In/Move outs.
* If anything is missed, we will do our best to make it right within 24 hrs however because of the nature of the service there will be no refunds.
* Homes over 3,000 sq. ft. and/or require extra heavy duty cleaning or trashout services will require a nonrefundable 50% deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The following fees may be assessed to cancellations:
(Appts made 24hrs or less before scheduled cleaning must be canceled within 1 hr to avoid a cancellation fee.)
48 hrs notice or more = No fee
Less than 48-24 hrs notice = 25% fee
Less than 24hrs notice = 50% fee
Cancellation at arrival = Full Cleaning Fee
Reschedule Fee: Less than 48 hrs notice = 20%
